• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may lose their appointment, and payments may be non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

• Late cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of the deposit.

• The spa reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. 

4. Pet Health & Condition

• Clients must inform the spa of any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or behavioral issues prior to the appointment.

• Pets showing signs of contagious diseases (such as fleas, ticks, fungus, or infections) will not be accepted for service.

• In the event of a health emergency, Fur Seasons Pet Spa will take all necessary actions to ensure the pet’s safety, including contacting a veterinarian if needed.

5. Safety & Behavior

• For the safety of pets and staff, services may be discontinued if a pet becomes aggressive or unmanageable.

• All pets must arrive with a leash or in a carrier for entry and exit.

6. Personal Belongings

The spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please avoid bringing valuables when visiting the spa.

7. Services & Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

• Certain services (such as massages or hydrotherapy) may be available only for specific pets or under certain conditions.

8. Photography & Media Use

By visiting the spa, the client grants Fur Seasons Pet Spa permission to photograph or record their pet for promotional use (website, social media, or advertising), unless a written request for exclusion is provided.

9. Privacy Policy

All client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for booking and communication purposes.
Fur Seasons Pet Spa is committed to protecting all personal data from unauthorized access or misuse.

10. Liability Disclaimer
